Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Alanah Lynn Designs. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days. Please contact the shop if you need express shipping at AlanahLynndesigns@gmail.com.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping
We currently do not ship to Canada or international.
5. Damages
Alanah Lynn Designs and Quilt Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Missing Items
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at Alanahlynndesigns@gmail.com within 48 hours
